13 Moves is more than a workout DVD. It is your virtual trainer that you take anywhere, a business trip, hotel, home, gym, park, RV, or on vacation, so you never miss a workout. As with a personal coach, this virtual trainer paces you through each move including reps, sets, and break times. Once you customize your workout in the OPTIONS menu, you are interactively guided through each move to keep you focused throughout the full workout.
13 Moves comes with preloaded music, or enjoy your own tunes from your iPod library. 13 Moves is designed for both male and female workouts. Amy Star performs each exercise with a dynamic fitness approach that achieves results.
